The problem
A factory is not a shop. One item is assembled from others in fixed quantities, and true cost is not the purchase price — it is materials, labour and overhead. Anything issued without approval opens a door to silent loss.
What we built
Versioned bills of materials, so a recipe can change without breaking historical production orders; production overheads; cost centres; and a definable approval workflow over any document. Analytics read the same data the departments work in.
The result
510,000 lines, 45 modules and 195 screens, verified by an automated live sweep that captured over 500 authenticated screens.
