The problem
Centres run on paper: attendance sheets, a cash notebook, and a teacher’s share reconciled by hand at month end. Nobody knows exactly who has not paid, how many students left this month and why, or what each teacher is truly owed per group.
What we built
Each student is bound to a group and its agreed price, so every session records attendance and every month raises a due amount. Arrears became a single ranked screen, teacher contracts (revenue share or per-session) compute from the same data, and a per-student risk score built from absence and late payment lets the centre call before the student walks away.
The result
Branches, groups, teachers, treasuries and reports in one system, with fine-grained permissions, an audit log, backups, and Excel import for legacy data.
