The problem
The company assembles units from multiple parts, and stock was miscounted because items were deducted as a single unit.
What we built
We built BOM-based selling that deducts each component at its true quantity, with a stock ledger, inter-warehouse transfers, and reverse-and-reissue invoice editing to keep the accounting trail intact.
The result
Both the system and the site are live, covered by 250 automated tests. Live testing surfaced defects that code review had missed; all were fixed before handover.
