The problem
The shop sells through Facebook and WhatsApp, so orders get lost in the messages, prices are quoted wrong, and nothing records what sold or which item moves fastest. Any change to the products needs somebody else to make it.
What we built
Two faces: one for the customer that works on any screen, one for the owner who runs everything themselves. Orders are recorded with their status and the buyer’s details, payment takes three routes, and the customer tracks their own order without asking.
The result
The shop sells around the clock without anyone answering a message, every order leaves a record, and prices and products are the owner’s to change.
