The problem
Dealers sell on instalments and repair in the workshop, and neither is tied to stock. So nobody knows what remains on a financed scooter, and a part fitted during a repair never leaves the warehouse ledger.
What we built
Each scooter is tracked by serial from receipt to sale, each instalment carries its schedule and overdue alerts, and a service order deducts parts from stock as they are fitted — every step posting its own journal entry.
The result
One system for showroom, workshop and accounts: 39 modules and 114 screens, with a chart of accounts, trial balance and ready financial statements.
